Delete account
You can delete your account whenever you like.
In the app
Go to Me and choose Delete account.
By email
Send an email to hei@potepass.no from the address the account is registered with, with the subject «Slett konto» (Delete account). We confirm when the account is deleted.
What is deleted
- Your account.
- Pets you own, with treatments, weight and symptoms.
- Photos and documents.
- Reminders.
- Shares.
What is kept
- Accounting records of purchases, as long as the Bookkeeping Act requires, up to 5 years.
- Backups, for up to 30 days.
Pets owned by others
Pets owned by other family members are not deleted.
Subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
